Simply initiate your return process within 30 days of your physical receipt date if the product doesn’t fit or meet expectations:
- Product Exchange: Exchange your item for a brand-new freshly printed replacement product.
- Voucher Credit: Receive a secure digital corporate voucher credit redeemable toward your next design.
- Purchase Price Refund: A cash refund is fully possible as long as you ordered from our stock libraries and didn't customize/design the product layout entirely yourself.

All contract routing, physical manufacturing, and delivery architectures executed across Europe, the UK, and North America are fully governed under the structural frameworks of our core fulfillment infrastructure partner, sprd.net AG (Registered AG Leipzig, HRB 22478, Germany).
1. Contract Formation: By submitting your digital layout form, you deploy a binding production request. Your request triggers an automated legal and technical verification layer to protect intellectual properties. The agreement activates solely when the network dispatches your items via the Shipping Confirmation Email.
2. B2B Corporate VAT Processing: If you supply a valid Corporate VAT ID during checkout, the routing framework processes the transaction as a tax-free intra-community delivery depending on localized legal thresholds.
3. 🚨 Strict Customization Exclusion (§ 10 Law): In accordance with EU distance-selling protections, the right of withdrawal DOES NOT exist for any items that are non-prefabricated, or those where the manufacturing is entirely dependent on an individual selection, personal specification, text input, or unique corporate logo configuration provided by the client.
4. Design Indemnification: When you supply independent artwork, you explicitly guarantee that no third-party copyright or trademark protections are violated. The client fully indemnifies RedArt24 from all legal defense expenses resulting from unauthorized trademark deployments.

Returned goods never end up in the trash. Standard items are donated to charities worldwide. Custom units or branded corporate logos that legally cannot be redistributed are handed to elite recycling operations to be processed into high-grade protective building insulation wool.
